n celebration of Employees’ Day and Government Week, a ceremony was held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, University of Tehran, to honor the Faculty’s dedicated staff. The event was attended by the Faculty’s Board and members of the staff.

During the ceremony, Dr. Karimi Motahhar, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, congratulated the staff on the occasion and expressed his deep appreciation for their tireless efforts, sense of responsibility, and valuable services across various departments of the Faculty.

Highlighting the vital role of the staff in advancing the University’s and the Faculty’s objectives, Dr. Karimi Motahhar stated, “A significant portion of our success and the orderliness in our educational, research, administrative, and executive activities is owed to the efforts and collaboration of our staff, who perform their duties with unwavering commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.” He further thanked the staff for their hard work throughout the year and wished them and their families health, peace, and success.

The event, which featured a working breakfast, provided an intimate and friendly atmosphere for dialogue, networking, and celebrating the achievements of the Faculty’s staff.

Following the opening remarks, three retired staff members were honored with letters of appreciation in recognition of their years of dedicated and honest service. During this segment, their contributions to the Faculty’s progress were celebrated, and they were wished health and prosperity in their retirement.

Additionally, a member of the Faculty’s services department was specifically recognized and awarded for their integrity, trustworthiness, commitment, and diligence in performing their duties.

The ceremony served not only to honor the staff but also to emphasize the value of the Faculty’s human resources, celebrating the colleagues who contribute significantly to achieving the Faculty’s goals through their commitment and collaboration.
