Russkiy Mir Center at the University of Tehran to Hold Virtual Class on “The Origin of the Russian Language and Alphabet”

Continuing its series of lectures on Russian language and literature, and in response to the warm reception and requests of esteemed students, the Russkiy Mir Center at the University of Tehran plans to hold a virtual class entitled “Возникновение русского языка и алфавита” (The Origin of the Russian Language and Alphabet).

Taught by Ms. Ulyana Velichko from St. Petersburg State University, this session will provide a valuable opportunity to closely examine the formation and evolution of the Russian language and its alphabet within their historical and cultural context.

Students and enthusiasts of Russian language and literature are cordially invited to participate in this academic session and take advantage of this opportunity to expand their knowledge on one of the most fundamental topics in Russian language studies.
